    MNC with Local Firm structure/mentality
The good thingsrecognize all the public holiday. you can cash out your leave balance. 5 days work.you will always be busy for things that beyond your control but you got to deliver. got to know all stuff as you are not into specialize field but all rounders. hence this helps you to gain a lot of experience whether technically or Human Relationship/diplomacy.
The challengesSenior management have to be replace to move the company forward. Invest more in existing staff (training and Etc). Not treating employees like machine day in day out. when commit to customer NBD, make sure it is a REAL NBD, no hidden clause as 3BD. total revamp of management required to get out of dinosaur age era.
