    Good Rewards for Performers
    The good thingsIf you perform well in the company, you can get promoted very fast. My colleague got promoted twice in 3 years since joining as fresh graduate and is now a manager. Commission reward for sales is also very attractive if you could hit your sales target.
    The challengesyou need to learn fast and adapt fast.

    The good thingsCompany's culture, appreciation towards employee benefits and higher management is constantly encouraging employee to have a long term plan in company as they will create position movement which means promotion to employees. And you get the chance to relocate to another country depending on your movement in career
    The challengesConstruction industry is often stressful and challenging as we not only need to engage our customer in office, but also jobsites. Nonetheless, sales figure is always a challenge especially during tough times, but on the good side the KPI and target is reviewed yearly to suit the market situation

    The good thingsThe people are amazing, growth & development is a priority regardless of your background. When an employer asks you "How can we be better?" its a great start, this employer goes far beyond the industry standard. Great work-life balance & fun "learning" oriented working environment.
    The challengesNone that i can think of at the moment. The stress related to the job is very manageable if handled with dedication & passion as the learning curve is quite steep at beginning.
