    The challengesBetter if the workers have clearer vision from the managements, and more standardize in organizations. Managements shall set list of standardize criteria in order to test interviewers, in order to hire better quality of work force, in terms of attitudes, skills and knowledge. This is important because it will affects productivity among colleagues, during operation time.

    The good thingsTeam work and skills to improve on and different scopes of job given as rotation so that all staff able to know the flow and types of work in the company. Changing of job scope in rotation enables to understand better and sharpen other skills and also knowledge.
