    Supportive and Friendly Working Environment
    The good thingsFlexible work, very supportive co worker and Managers. Everyone seems to be understandable people matters and willing to help your task and work as a Team.
    The challengesPay is good bonus plan seems to be awful and process wise keep changing and too many obstacle. Need to be more patient to work with others department to seek for more information's and to understand the process.

    The good thingsMany things to learn and all from top and low very helpful and very supportive. Thank god have a good people manager and surrounded with good team workers from different countries and region.

    The good thingsA lot of challenges been ahead. Need to co-operate with many stakeholder from different field/department in one goal. Need to be more knowledgeable and stand still if stakeholder are not from Finance. Many training been provided via web base learning.
    The challengesLimited resources and no backup for my role. Considered as company culture where each personnel handling work differently. Too much tools and it's keep changing of tools in finance operation. No proper S.O.P been produce and keep. However, those S.O.P are seem useless if the process/tools keep changing.

    The good thingsConvenient public transportation, there's a bridge link to office building.Varieties of cheap eateries & stalls opposite the building and nearby Maybank tower.
    The challengesPlease improve culture of welcoming new joiners. Based on observations, new joiners tend to be left alone, no team spirit/ team warmth/team knowledge transfer being instilled to the newbie. Meetings are always discussed in a non english languange manner. Please improve as this affects the motivation and spirit of english speakers. Culture is not diversified and biasness is very high. Please improve on this culture matter.

    The good things1. Good opportunity to lead a very dynamic and experienced Order To Cash team. 2. Very supportive manager, colleagues and peers. 3. Lots of incoming new challenges and projects to keep everybody excited and motivated.

    The good thingsFlexible working hours, good for working parents. Good location, 5 mins walk to office building from LRT Station, has a connected bridge. Variety of food being sold located just outside the building and nearby Maybank office.
    The challengesCould improve team spirit towards new employees. Need to diversify staff culture. ERP system used is of old version, should invest in better ERP system, so more added value work can be done. Please improve current SOP on hand, not user friendly.
