    You are on your own. Get ready to burnout and your concern dismissed with fake promises

    The challengesClear written down procedure and team actually follow through and execute the action. A high turnover role. The position has been same but yearly always change people. Expect no support from your superior (and your colleague). If there is support, confusing direction will be given. When you're on leave, no backup. Expect no trainings and official documents guide to refer. Meetings could have been emails but no one actually execute the action task so you are forced to communicate with them face to face. (No guarantee months overdue task will be executed immediately) The environment- for introvert. Work passing from other departments to this role is the norm, therefore expect burnout. Expect work delay due to pointing culture. You 🫵 are the brain of the company. The seating will have you facing direct sunlight so expect weekly migrane. Be prepared mentally and physically unprecedented tantrums thrown at you. Resignation is not taken well here.

    I never learn the CMM even though I'm a QA technician in the company. You need to do all the thing in the department. Doing all the work that is not include in job scope. SOLO in the department.
