We are part of the Hittech Group of companies head quartered in the Netherlands.Hittech Group designs, purchases, machines, paint, assembles and tests products mainly for large Tier 1 customers around the world.Hittech Wemac Sdn Bhd serves customers in almost every part of the world and offers following services:Precision machining with tight tolerances in high alloy steels, titanium, stainless steels and engineering plastics. Excellent cpk on dimensions and GD&T. Tolerances of 10 microns flatness, 10 micron hole to hole pitch are our daily business.Value added mechanical assemblies, electro-mechanical assemblies or module assemblies with integrated supply chain in Asia and our sister companies in EuropeProduct Management which can be your extended resources in product information and modules documentation management, for both NPI (New Product Introduction) and series production. ECN (Engineering Change Notice) and BOM revision management is also part of our capability.Scheduling of delivery by Planning department working closely with our customer and Production team to meet expected OTD (on time delivery). Deliveries from Penang Batu Kawan to Bayan Lepas takes less than 20 minutes.Quality Management with an in-house dedicated QA-QC team to perform incoming and outgoing inspection. In process quality control is build-in all our processes. We are also an ISO 9001:2015 certified organization.

You are on your own. Get ready to burnout and your concern dismissed with fake promises

A high turnover role. The position has been same but yearly always change people. Expect no support from your superior (and your colleague). If there is support, confusing direction will be given. When you're on leave, no backup.
Expect no trainings and official documents guide to refer.
Meetings could have been emails but no one actually execute the action task so you are forced to communicate with them face to face. (No guarantee months overdue task will be executed immediately)
The environment- for introvert. Work passing from other departments to this role is the norm, therefore expect burnout. Expect work delay due to pointing culture. You 🫵 are the brain of the company.
The seating will have you facing direct sunlight so expect weekly migrane.
Be prepared mentally and physically unprecedented tantrums thrown at you. Resignation is not taken well here.
