    Very Poor and Ridiculous Management
    The good thingsI cannot see anything good in this company since the midterm of my joining, other than given a lot of Ad-Hoc tasks with nonsense orders, they called it as SOP which we as employees MUST follow all those orders.
    The challengesVery bad top management, we all need to follow whatever the boss said. Non-sensible task, for example, 1 persons handle minimum 100 students, this is a must. Actually handling is not a problem, but the superior will push to complete the task aggressively, whilst doesn't allow any mistake.

    Not A Good Working Place for Freshgrad and Junior
    The good thingsOffered immediate hiring, provide 30 minutes buffer time to clock in/out, provided laptop for working purpose. Allowed to eat while working.
    The challengesAll staffs entitled with at least a senior position, none as junior. When I started to join in, i expected there would be well-established working procedures and competent supervisor to lead me through my JD, but the fact is perfectly opposed. Small office with loud conversation. All JD have to be explored by self, is a blank mission of all time.
