Very Poor and Ridiculous ManagementThe good thingsI cannot see anything good in this company since the midterm of my joining, other than given a lot of Ad-Hoc tasks with nonsense orders, they called it as SOP which we as employees MUST follow all those orders.
The challengesVery bad top management, we all need to follow whatever the boss said.
Non-sensible task, for example, 1 persons handle minimum 100 students, this is a must. Actually handling is not a problem, but the superior will push to complete the task aggressively, whilst doesn't allow any mistake.
