    The job often involves tasks outside the official scope of work, requiring one to learn how to work independently. Many assignments are last-minute and need to be completed urgently. It's a good place for fresh graduates to gain experience. The minimum salary is acceptable, but salary increases are difficult to obtain and tend to be minimal even after a year. As with many Malay-majority workplaces, office politics can be an issue—there are too many people who focus more on pleasing superiors than actually doing the work.

    Depends on your project, it will be a nice experience or a stress one.
    The good thingsSome team are nice and some aren't. If you get a nice team than you will enjoy working here, But if you get teams that like to disturb you and assign last minutes tasks, then it'll be really stress. Small company, and mostly will teach / guide you to do your tasks.
    The challenges"Customer always right". Need to OT but no additional payment are provided. Your management will most likely disturb you on weekends. Need to do work out of job scope many times.
