    People leave not because of job, but because of bad manager.
    The good thingsRelaxed and no pressure from the managers. Most of the time coworkers would always lend a helping hand and promotes collaborative interactions between departments.
    The challengesToo many last minute changes in production planning. No solid decision from management, always making poor decisions without having any black and white proof, resulting in blaming others. Very low salary despite needing to do multi tasks.
