    Think twice even you get the good offer
    The good thingsEnvironment is good . less political. Location wise is good. Employees are friendly.
    The challengesChange structure like changing cloth. Making one decision without discussion or inform you in advance. End up you will feel fed up with this company as you have put a lot efforts to work out on something and they can pull you out at critical time.
