The good thingsI was able to work and enjoy at the same time, it's quite a good experience working among kind and friendly co-workers. There is events, party and even trips for employees to participate in, it was really great to have appreciation shown to the employees with their hard work. These activities will continue making us feels like it's worth working here.
The challengesSome of the department was lack of staff throughout the whole year, the hotel is in need with a lot of overtime, its suitable people who carving for money but once you open heart and love your job, it doesn't really matter and will be happy to help out more!

The good thingslack of staff, when i was working for the company they need to cut cost and it make us really difficult because they need to cut staff just for saving cost. it make me work even more and they have many system to follow. the system is just useless, it wont make the work easily it only make it even worst!
