    Not a healthy place to work
    The good things6 days off, 24 days working day a month. Always shortage of manpower due to cut expenses & budget.
    The challengesCan not go back on time, always need to finish task without any support. Long travel hours. Management very poor.

    Staff in and out very fast , staff turnover very fast , working environment and culture in this company not easy to absorb.
    The good thingsCan’t find any good thing
    The challenges(1)Messy, new staff joined no give any briefing for their system, no much people will teach , learn from mistake (2)no clear direction, keep on changing plan (3)too much meeting, need prepare many reports and admin job, buyer suppose to do but no time to do. (4)long hour meeting but end up no solution no conclusion. (5)management like push all responsible to buyers, therefore many buyer doesn’t work long. (6)old staff a bit gossip.

    The good thingsLearned various people with different attitude. Meet new people everyday. Learned how to solve problems in a minute.
    The challengesWIth new replacement of person in charge,it makes the whole management kind of in hectic. I have to come with ideas spontaneously to attract customers to make an HomePro card each customer and also has to come with ideas to attract customers to buy promotions things when there is Happy Hour. Instead of that,you have to keep smiling to customers eventhough they are in fault. Remember,customer is always right.
