Staff in and out very fast , staff turnover very fast , working environment and culture in this company not easy to absorb.The good thingsCan’t find any good thing
The challenges(1)Messy, new staff joined no give any briefing for their system, no much people will teach , learn from mistake (2)no clear direction, keep on changing plan (3)too much meeting, need prepare many reports and admin job, buyer suppose to do but no time to do. (4)long hour meeting but end up no solution no conclusion. (5)management like push all responsible to buyers, therefore many buyer doesn’t work long. (6)old staff a bit gossip.
