    Working here is great when receive a good leadership from the management and not implementing rubbish SOP towards staff. I best staff will do a great job with better trainings and guidance. Management need to go to Train the Trainer course to be a better leader.
    The good thingsFriendly co-workers. Some Executive is very understanding
    The challengesFailed management. Always look for your mistakes and doesn't implement solution. Some of department executive doesn't even understand SOP and job scope. Implementing regulatory which is not in the working SOP. Management does not receive critiques and idea from floor staff well.

    The good thingsGreat teamwork, but not among other depts. Benefits are quite good as established company. Management are hunger for improvements & enforce procedures.

    As employee we learn to communicate with other department and the more interested sometime we have opportunity to handle case the should be settle and communicate with other people

    The challengesEvery company have different challenges which if you control 1 cases as the leader you should have full information before you proceed for asking with other department.
