    Working here is great when receive a good leadership from the management and not implementing rubbish SOP towards staff. I best staff will do a great job with better trainings and guidance. Management need to go to Train the Trainer course to be a better leader.
    The good thingsFriendly co-workers. Some Executive is very understanding
    The challengesFailed management. Always look for your mistakes and doesn't implement solution. Some of department executive doesn't even understand SOP and job scope. Implementing regulatory which is not in the working SOP. Management does not receive critiques and idea from floor staff well.

    Its really a challenge to find positive vibes here
    The good thingsGreat teamwork, but not among other depts. Benefits are quite good as established company. Management are hunger for improvements & enforce procedures.
    The challengesLack of trust, yes true, the transparent glass for the toilet! About working environment & culture-fake & negativity are the winner.

    The challengesBad management, Bad working culture, lack of resources and full with bureaucracy. Lack of trust, they even put a transparent window in a toilet, funny but completely insane
