    Bad working experience
The good thingsHaving a staff purchase with over 100 variety of brands and good rate. Good interior and comfortable environment.
The challengesMay well-trained CRM staff in good manners and proper attitudes. May set up a good team work and well-trained managing staff in Marketing Department.

    Horrible Interview Process
The good thingsNot interested to be a cleaner or a mediator.
The challengesJudgemental mindset & closed minded way of recruiting for future employees. Never borthered of employer branding at all. Instead of encouraging to work with them, effect is vice versa. Interview is meant for both parties to get to know each other, not just one way communication. Worst interview ever. Good luck!

If you guys are looking for a place packed with beauty knowledge and chances, try Sasa.
The good thingsIf you love beauty, makeup, pretty cute stuff, skincare, basically the beauty section, Sasa is the best place to learn, experience and hands on, you can learn through the products, hands on testing of the products and they provide training for you. The good thing is they accept newcomers who has Zero knowledge on the beauty line and train them well i would say.
The challengesThe real challenge is when you are steuggeling with the sales. The monthly individual sales, you compete with other staffs on the sales, sometimes i heard you can even fight for a sale, if you sell and hit your personal target, you get pretty good money. If not, the basic salary is quite low. Overall, if your'e not an agressive, efdective team player, its gonna get really tough. But in a good way, it teaches you to be cunning, and compatitive in a healthy way. Theres always room for improvement.

    Wonderful!
The good thingsHigh Team work among the colleagues and also high product training skills are offered to the employees. Strong tied between the employer and employees. Its a good experience to work in Sasa as the benefits provided to the workers is also interesting. High personal development and chance to know more products.
The challengesTarget is set to the employees. Internal competition between the employees is high as the commission is based on the individual efforts.

    Super huge turnover
The good thingsStaff purchase if you want to buy their products (tips:- promotion given to customer is usually better than staff purchase)
The challengesHR is bad in managing staff, head of department frequently changed, promotion given to staff based on favoritism of the head.

suitable for those who enjoy numbers
The good thingsThis job very suitable for those who loves numbers, reports and filing. Since this is a big company, they have many different reports need to be hand in daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly. They also have many different targets for different brands. Therefore, if you love counting targets and numbers, this will suits you well.
The challengesSince this is a big company, so like it or not, you have to face bureaucracy issue. anything have to email this department head, cc that department head. sometime the HQ turnover rate quite high, this month you report to this lady, then maybe next month will be different lady. They are many branches as well, so need to be patient to wait for your turn to be entertained.
