    The challengesHard to communicate with superior mgr that based at other branch. Need manual perform printing work and send/collect parcel from dispatcher. high work load and working on weekend.

    Would Not Recommend to work at Claims Department
    The good things- Benefit - Meal Allowance - Transportation is easy. Bus is provided from LRT
    The challengesNo work life balance. Also the boss screams at you even if you didn’t do anything wrong. Also, you have to work during holiday, weekends. Once I got a call at 10 pm on Friday to do a report. Look at my salary, does it suits the workload?
