    This first time i work call centre but need to use our own phone, you will use your personal no to whatapp and call cust, room so small not enough for staff and we need to change half day, they easyly ask you work half day, music also so loud we call cust while they play music so loud, the funny thing your offer letter just in one paper, think wisely before you start work here, think 10 time, really waste my time
