    The good thingsFun colleagues, great environment. They had one senior management team who knew what to focus at but founders decide to move him to Thailand......
    The challengesFounders and other senior managements who smoke in meetings and do a lot of meetings with no action. Too much talk and talk but too little action. Job security is bad.

    Stay alert for the company investment fund, you can lost job anytime.
    The good things- No micromanage, you are free to suggest and do things based on your experience, as long as you done the job. - Flexible working hours, as long as you work 8 hours per day.
    The challenges- Poor staff benefits, only rm200 allowance for medical, per year. Nothing much you can get as a staff. - No handover when any staff leaves. Everything goes chaos and no documentation on it. - Management can simply fire you when they claim that they have not enough investment fund.

    Worst experience ever.
    The good thingsWorking mates are really good and very understanding. The teamwork is there. Fun.
    The challengesThe management is too shaky. The leader (managers and higher level persons) don't know the job really, they doesn't come to ground if there is any emergency issues for the customers. Politics is there. There is no proper organisation done. Hope they will change the entire environment there to maintain a good business for everyone.
