    The good thingsThe teamwork was awesome.The working environment was good. Management was very supportive and understanding.
    The challengesChallenge was the hotel was 22 yrs old, we had to deal with all new hotels opening in Melaka. Competition was great.

    The good thingsEnviroment working with team was good. Enjoy and they very helpful. Take care to our vip guest is part of our job . As a guest relation officer i have to hear or looking forward to guest. Most of our guest is repeated guest, they ar very welcoming to stay here again and again. Keep keep up our good servis then show out to guest and they always feel like a family when they stay here.
    The challengesWorking with regular guest which is they make a complain for privious stay and they hope to us to give a good service to their next visit to equatorial melaka.
