    The good thingsThe previous owners were very understanding and cooperative. They listened to the grievances of the employees. The top management mixed fairly well with the employees.Very conducive working environment and employees were paid on time whether the Hotel was making money or not.
    The challengesManaging the union and and dealing with problematic employees who were blindly supported by the Union. Managing employees to comply to hotel procedures and requirements. High rate of turn over of F & B staffs.
