    While I valued positive working relationships with colleagues, career growth opportunities were limited within my current role. This was due to a restricted scope of responsibilities and a lack of support for skill development beyond the current job function. Additionally, the company culture exhibited some resistance to new ideas and a preference for established practices, which may have limited opportunities for innovation.

    The good thingsEvery new employee is entitled for the insurance and lunch/dinner box is provided. Work life balance culture. Provide the OT to non-exe workers if necessary. The company directions and cultures have been improved compared to last time.
    The challengesChallenges when there is limited teamwork among departments. Rules/ procedures are changing frequently, need to adopt quickly. Need to improve the knowledge through online learning. Should bring in more trainings/courses. Need time to improve and counselling the old worker's mindset follow to the market trend/procedure.

    Management are directionless
    The good thingsWe can still enjoy work life balance in this company. Some of the managers here are friendly and are willing to teach and groom the future leaders.
    The challengesThe senior management are clueless of what they are doing. They can't even tell use what is the direction of the company in the future 2-3 years. We often have to "guess" through our career here.
