This company has both good and bad aspects
The good things- Good salary and benefits. - Good teammates that are willing to help you. - Good learning material platform to improve your technical skills and product knowledge.
The challenges- Always work overtime when being tasked to a project. - Responsible for handling multiple projects at one time. - Mandarin proficiency is an advantage here, which may make the workplace less inclusive for non-Mandarin speakers in Malaysia’s multi-racial setting

Fully occupied your time for work
The good thingsNeed to pick up your task fast and deliver result immediately. Having Sales team supporting you instead of training team.
The challengesWorking on weekends and public holidays is a common task. Working hour: 9am-6pm. However, if promoter is having unsolved problems, would call for assistance outside working hour. Supporting events during weekend is fall under the job scope

    Tun Razak Exchange Kuala Lumpur
A good starting company for fresh engineering graduates to learn both professional skills in technical and management, and soft skills in handling workplace politics, while being overpaid.
The good thingsOffers competitive compensation packages to new engineering graduates. Provides comprehensive training resources to help new hires adapt to their roles rapidly. Shows confidence in new hires by providing opportunities for overseas business trip to support projects worldwide. The office environment is convenient for work.
The challengesBeing a Chinese multinational, most leaders are Chinese nationals who emphasize Chinese work practices rather than adapting to local culture, leading to overpressure in work. Certain team leaders promote unnecessary overtime without proper compensation, exploiting a loophole in local labour laws which overtime pay is not given to high salary employees. Mandarin proficiency offers advantages in this company, making it less welcoming for non-Mandarin speakers in Malaysia, a country known for its multi-racial.
