This company has both good and bad aspects
The good things- Good salary and benefits. - Good teammates that are willing to help you. - Good learning material platform to improve your technical skills and product knowledge.
The challenges- Always work overtime when being tasked to a project. - Responsible for handling multiple projects at one time. - Mandarin proficiency is an advantage here, which may make the workplace less inclusive for non-Mandarin speakers in Malaysia’s multi-racial setting

Fully occupied your time for work
The good thingsNeed to pick up your task fast and deliver result immediately. Having Sales team supporting you instead of training team.
The challengesWorking on weekends and public holidays is a common task. Working hour: 9am-6pm. However, if promoter is having unsolved problems, would call for assistance outside working hour. Supporting events during weekend is fall under the job scope

A good starting company for fresh engineering graduates to learn both professional skills in technical and management, and soft skills in handling workplace politics, while being overpaid.
The good thingsOffers competitive compensation packages to new engineering graduates. Provides comprehensive training resources to help new hires adapt to their roles rapidly. Shows confidence in new hires by providing opportunities for overseas business trip to support projects worldwide. The office environment is convenient for work.
The challengesBeing a Chinese multinational, most leaders are Chinese nationals who emphasize Chinese work practices rather than adapting to local culture, leading to overpressure in work. Certain team leaders promote unnecessary overtime without proper compensation, exploiting a loophole in local labour laws which overtime pay is not given to high salary employees. Mandarin proficiency offers advantages in this company, making it less welcoming for non-Mandarin speakers in Malaysia, a country known for its multi-racial.

Subang Jaya Selangor1 to 2 years in the role, current employee
The best parts of working at the company were the team members who were great at providing help to newcomers such as myself and to others. Other than that, it was also an interesting experience working with the project and customer as the experience from interacting from both sides were beneficial for the development of my future career.
The good thingsAble to learn about the process of telecom project management such as the technical site planning phase, team/subcontractor site assignment phase, team site deployment phase and customer acceptance phase. Obtained a lot of communication and team management skills and knowledge from Huawei's project management seniors. Project team were very helpful in providing guidance to newcomers and less experienced project team members. Company provides bonuses based on performance and compensation for weekend/holiday work. Many different and useful office/kitchen amenities provided by the company such as free snacks and refreshments. Employee health insurance is also available. Quick and fast moving management which helps in solving issues faced by project team ie. hiring more resources for additional project support.
The challengesLong working hours due to high workload (difficult to balance between work and life). Unbalanced work distribution among different project teams where specific regions have more projects/sites to monitor and deploy. Difficulty in multitasking and management many different types of work and subcontractor teams. Stressful environment due to rushed project and tight deadlines which requires very good multitasking skill and attention to detail.

    Challenging Working Environment
The good thingsI really loved how the company is providing ways to improve staff productivity and I also have to mention about the learning platform really helps new or experienced people to navigate what's happening around the company as long you have the heart to learn and improve to be better. You are also well rewarded if you perform well on a quarterly basis. A good and realistic place to start your working life and what is all about.
The challengesIf you are looking for a work-life balance here don't even think about it and in here China culture is heavily practiced here and that is why staff turnover is very high due to people can't cope with the amount of workload given here but only in this environment, you will strive to learn new things and improve yourself in terms of skills and experience. Therefore, when you leave here you will be a strong and better person than you first join in due to the amount of stress you have been through.

    Poor Benefits to Promoter
The good thingsunderstand about the latest smart phone technologies.
The challengesI am working in one of the huawei authorized experience store as a promoter. Past year, every promoter received 3 pieces of working t-shirt. Everything was good until our t-shirts are all faded after wearing a year plus. I hope i could upload a photo to shows that the faded shirt that we wearing everyday to work. even though we request too many times but keep saying no stock, but when new guy is coming in they are wearing new. How stingy this company is. Beside our shop is Samsung store, how we admire at them because they always have new t-shirt for every month and how spoiled the image of the store that we like wearing old uniform to work everyday. Hope this review/email helps.
