Your work might be too much, but if your manager or HOD is supporting and teaching you as much as they can, then you are lucky. If you are on a normal day work, then you are much lucky, because work only for 5 days a week, with few call up work during your off day or rest day/holiday. Get to learn things super fast here, so take your opportunity and learn as much as possible.
The challengesWell, too much works especially if you are given the shift work, work at Saturday or Sunday or both, off day only once a week, working even on holidays if its your turn to work at that particular day. No added allowance apart from your salary except if you are on shift (+RM180 for non exec & +RM400 for exec). Overtime is controlled to be max 80 hours per month for those non exec, no overtime claim fro executives, only replacement holiday. Top boss are not from manufacturing industries, so you had to follow the norm.
