The challengesWork-Life balance among operation especially Maintenance department was not being supported especially during Shutdown.

The good thingsGood Place for fresh graduate to learn on Heavy/Cement industries. No place for guy who sitting in front of desk. You need to be fast Lerner and how to manage your time and mental stress.
The challengesNo external Technical Training except for internal training which u need to skip the class if something happen at plant. Allowance for oncall (24hour) not even enough to cover your car petrol and food. no time with family due to need to working during festival leave.
