Push your self to the max.The good thingsI am enjoy with my previous job because I learn many job task such as administration, human resources, account and sale. They give opportunity to me to put my own salary which means if I want more salary for this month I need to try hard to close sale as much as I can. I also have my basic salary and also overtime. So for overall I love my job.
The challengesBeing heard. It's difficult to make my team trust and heard my ideas. Sometimes , they don't understand what the best we try to do for them and company. It takes time to get them on board with my ideas. I need to explain to make them clear and understand about the objective.
