    A wholesome experience
    The good things- Staff benefits ie. comp stay, discounted stays, free staff meals, uniforms, activities, 5 days work - Open management - can share and discuss with higher managements quite openly - HR cares - HR team listens to staff feedback and do give advise. Arranges monthly activities, CSR events for team building - Family team - Treat each other like family, argue like a family, love like a family - Training - plentiful provided and if want to learn more, Hyatt internally has many programs to learn during own free time
    The challengesSalary can be better - mostly due to location Usual stress of dealing with high demanding guests or situations Old building, so some limitation takes place - but recently refurbished so much better now

    High turn over but low salary
    The good thingsBeach front property, nice cafeteria with view
    The challengesPersonally I had work with the brand before but after a new management took over is not as good as it used too. Leaders are lacking of leadership skills, lack of staff for every department and occupancy turn over is high. Which leads staff are almost burn out, Politics are high and sometime stressful. Most every HODs have that I’m the boss criteria. And my way is the way. Recommend if you wanted to gain the 5star property experience for a short run but on a long run will burn out to soon.

    Toxic management, From top to bottom, expecting a lot from staff but not above paid grade.
    The good thingsNot to sure what is positive here, the only thing i enjoy is the ambiance and co workers. But at first they seems promising but turn out disappointment. A place where u can find money but not building or develop your career.
    The challengesThe management style is not the right way to build people up. Gd luck

    The good thingsGood place to work depending on your department, team and boss.
    The challengesnot enough employee engagement, too tight with rules, less medical benefit (only RM50 per visit only to panel clinic), not so efficient management. high turnover. management could do something for the staffs first before they expect some productivity from them.

    The good thingsThe colleagues are very supportive and there's benefit such as medical, complimentary stay in all Hyatt Hotels, as well as meal allowance.

    Everyone working there was professional and friendly.
    The good thingsFood, and friendly working environment, and most of all, every employees were entitle to apply for free stay in any country as long as there's Hyatt brunch there after their one year participation working with Hyatt.
    The challengesYou have to talk, you have to face the hotel customers, you have to face condition like when people were having holidays but you don't, and you'll be expected to be arrange in shifted working hours weekly. but through out the day, you'll realize it's all worth it.

    The challengesThere is never a low business day Hotel is always busy with the local and foreign clientele .so need to quit many of your personal special days and life events needs to be taken a little on 2 nd preference

    The good thingsas a 2 and a half month trainee there, i can do 90% of the work which sales team are doing. since that there is no more job vacancy in sales team, i decide to move to another company. im the 1st trainee in hyatt regency that are being allow to use the systems and to get all P&C information. work smart + positive attitude = good team.
    The challengeslimited time to perform a lot of work, it's a challenge where it gives people stress and and we needed to push ourselves to reach higher.
