    A wholesome experience
    The good things- Staff benefits ie. comp stay, discounted stays, free staff meals, uniforms, activities, 5 days work - Open management - can share and discuss with higher managements quite openly - HR cares - HR team listens to staff feedback and do give advise. Arranges monthly activities, CSR events for team building - Family team - Treat each other like family, argue like a family, love like a family - Training - plentiful provided and if want to learn more, Hyatt internally has many programs to learn during own free time
    The challengesSalary can be better - mostly due to location Usual stress of dealing with high demanding guests or situations Old building, so some limitation takes place - but recently refurbished so much better now
