    Lack of consistency and fairness in management
    The good thingsPros: Office location is accessible.
    The challengesCons: Onboarding for new employees is not well structured. HR processes and communication can be inconsistent. Management’s treatment of staff sometimes feels unequal, which affects morale. Advice to Management: Provide fair and consistent treatment to all employees, and support new hires with clearer processes.
