This coupled with production and supply reliability, logistics efficiency supported by comprehensive marketing program has help to increase confidence and brand loyalty.Hyrax Oil has also established global footprints in much of Asia, Middle East & Africa with presence in over 35 countries. The company has now embarked on a market rationalisation into regions with re-organised off-site production facilities.

    The good things1. Travelling and developing revenues in 48 Countries around the world. 2. Well established company and set standards in management overall. 3. Good benefit and medical insurance for whole family. 4. Personal training programs and refresher courses. Etc.
    The challenges1. Other countries geographically issues. 2. Competitors pricing structures. 3. Products certifications for individuals countries. 4. Working with head of department knowledge that are not up to the markets requirements.

    The good thingsPeople are treated like a big family. We have the managing director who is the owner of the company take care of the employees as the asset for the company. Your roles in the company are appreciated and that lead to harmony amongst the top management and staff. We strive together during hard times and we enjoy together during happy times
    The challengesThe challenges are that you are given opportunity to provide your opinions on how to help company prospers. Sometimes your efforts and opinions are not recognised properly. But, we the company face problems you are blamed for not co-orperative enough
