    Great Experience
The good thingsWorking here, with their management are just too great. Most of the time my manager would guide me and help me a lot, and attend my concern every time. When I'm doing great, I will be rewarded by manager and they are supporting me at all times. Working in here there is a shift, include night shift, and it's very convenient working in here, since it's close to any grocery or any stall's and restaurant are nearby.
The challengesWe received a high end-customer through out the Malaysia, and helping and assists them to settled their bills. We might encounter a fussy customer, but we have to maintain our professionalism when we are handling with these kind of customer. One of the other challenges is we have to settle quick of patients bills, as for hospital will need to discharge patient as soon as possible, so usually we will giving 45 minutes to settle this bills and at the same time we have to answer a call for ant other customer, in easy way it is multi-task.
