Shah Alam Selangor3 to 4 years in the role, current employee
The company has a clear direction and a promising future. While there are many challenges, they are rewarding for those who persevere.
The good thingsThe company offers opportunities to work on interesting and technically challenging projects, while also encouraging professional development.
The challengesPrimarily people-related challenges, as some individuals can be difficult to work with, similar to experiences in other companies.

Learned some, but most of the time feels like 'makan gaji buta'.
The good thingsGood staffs' welfare. HR staffs & some other colleagues are very nice, friendly & helpful. The company rent badminton court for staffs weekly...Interior of working place & pantry are great...not stingy spending munchies for staffs, monthly birthday celebration, good for those 'gila makan free'...
The challengesNot good & right time for me as I am new to this field... They nurture fresh engineers, so I cant grow my potential as technical drafter here, not much work given to me, even already raised my issue. But if you are in 'THE FIELD', it would be great.

    Pressure & No Work/Life Balance
The good things1) HR offer open training updates to staff. 2) Incentive for encouragement. 3) Career development for fresh graduate.
The challenges1) Too many manager level, all pressure push on engineer. 2) No supervisor to manage on site, engineer is site supervisor. 3) Site management not following 45 working hour/week. 4) Overload task.

The good thingsNew management team with good vision. Good platform to learn. Many seniors willing to teach and guide. Management are capable at securing jobs and selling 'dream' to young Engineer.
The challengesStagnant job position and title. No (Zero) promotion to Engineers over the span of more than 5 years. Lower than market rate salary. HR did not do proper survey.

    Overall company review
The good thingsGood & friendly colleagues
The challengesPoor & politics management, managers only know how to talk and indecisive when making decision. Always empty promise especially delay increment for 8months n in the end announced that there was no increment. No company trip, no teambuilding, poor salary increment. Lack of senior gap and turn over rate is very high. Only hire fresh grads. Not a good place if u wish to develop ur career in M&E
