Learned some, but most of the time feels like 'makan gaji buta'.
The good thingsGood staffs' welfare. HR staffs & some other colleagues are very nice, friendly & helpful. The company rent badminton court for staffs weekly...Interior of working place & pantry are great...not stingy spending munchies for staffs, monthly birthday celebration, good for those 'gila makan free'...
The challengesNot good & right time for me as I am new to this field...
They nurture fresh engineers, so I cant grow my potential as technical drafter here, not much work given to me, even already raised my issue.
But if you are in 'THE FIELD', it would be great.
