    The good thingsStress free environment, proper 8-5 job minimal late night calls. If you are looking to retire than this is the company for you.
    The challengesLocal superiors unable to mentor, very poor knowledge as leads. Everything needs to be confirmed back to HQ in Japan. If you are an ambitious engineer then this company is not for you. You have to have a robot mentality, do what is told. Small opportunities to grow. Most of the time you learn by experience. Food is bland in canteen, HR are non existence and give importance to the lesser things which is irrelevant. Too many ex-Sony employees which ruin the Japanese base culture.

    The challengesIt's hard to keep up the 4-2 routine. It's my bad things to deal. However that's a good way to know how discipline myself to be almost 2 year being there.

    As a Process Engineer you may gain a lot of experience to improve communication skills and problem solving skills as well.
    The good thingsWe have a good team leader and team mate. They are supportive and we can share any topic with them.
    The challengesYou have to learn by yourself and need to strong mentally and physically. You need to do work all by yourself since you work as Process Engineer. Everything need to be fast either fast learning or fast action. Be though. Gambate!

    The good thingshave good team to guide you as long as you have intentions to learn
    The challengesas engineer, own a lot is a bit challenging due to need to make sure no abnormal happens which sometimes need to monitor till latenight. but its a good thing because you acknowledge everything happens toward your lot and can do something when its effect your yield.

    Bad Company ever met
    The good thingsIn house training is available, subsidy provided for canteen daily.
    The challengesMight not have increment, Management was terrible, table chair are spoiled and can't get a new one, inside the factory is like a big oven, because air cond temp was set 26-27 degree and need to wear jacket.

    The good thingsGood collegue, good boss. For fresh graduate you can learn many things from you boss or collegue because they are friendly and will teach you. Everyone respect each other and will not differentiate you based on your position either you engineer or technician.
