    Tough but Exhale with confidence.
    The good thingsAble to learn up new things such as t standard work system n KPI system which help to monitor the production in more efficent way...n able to learn up making reports n presenting them. Exposure to new technical n advance technologies.
    The challengesAs new comer its tough to go through a day when there is no proper plan or guidance offered. Bosses should be clear on their selection of people they hire n let the person know their expections n requirements.
