    You promoted wrong people, the good employees will leave
    The good thingsSnacks , massage chair, coffee machine, lot of warong for cheap lunch in walking distance.
    The challengesManagement high expectations. Manager do not provide support. Many old staff that love old style in working and not open for new ideas. Have bias where some special staff got the privilege to work from home but others can't due to the manager trust issue. Exec salary is higher than senior exec.

    The good thingsIt`s a growing company, good exposure, good boss and CEO except for department SM4
    The challengesDepartment SM4 consists of HR, IT, Admin and Account. This dept has highest turn over rate. There a GM called I*y who is trying to control everything includes other department. She`s not fit as she didn`t understand how other dept works but need to align with her preference. Even someday you jump to other company and the company run a background check, she will gives negative answer.

    The good thingsCo-workers are friendly and even bosses spend time to join company activities with all staff. Also working environment is good as everyone works together very well.
    The challengesI would say the workload, but generally it's not as heavy.
