We encourage a collaborative process with two-way communication and feedback.The Malaysia and UK offices work very closely together. We use Microsoft Team a lot (voice and instant messaging) but UK staff also regularly travel to Malaysia. Malaysia-based personnel work local office hours, not UK hours.
