The office is BAD. Bad as in dysfunctional, dirty, unhygienic and the smell is just terrible. Complaint all you want but nothing will be done.
The good thingsLarge office but very disorganized.
The challengesDon't fall for their new offices. It sounds "nice" at face value but it's absolutely disorganized from the most basic constantly broken water dispenser, smelly and dirty toilets to just very dirty carpets.

They will welcome and retrench you
The good thingsthe office is nice, ideal place
The challengesThe company acquired my company a few years back. They pretended to welcome us into their company with snacks, lunch, etc. After a few days/weeks, they called individually and told them we must let you go. Not sure what's the purpose of welcoming someone and then retrenching them after days. If you know your company is being bought over by them be ready for a lookout.

If you value work life balance
The good thingsHas a good work life balance in general. Eventhough we work with teams in the US or UK, they don't expect you to entertain any of the message of office hour. You get to work on different type of project or technology since Ideagen has a huge app portfolio under it.
The challengesThis company is a very acquisitive company. With that said, things are always changing.

    Awesome interview experience
The good thingsI came here for an interview a month ago for a development position, Although I didn't get the job offer, but it was an unforgotten experience. Interview panel treated me politely and explain the interview flow in a professional way. I feel like this is a company worth working for, the company treated candidate with respect instead of like candidate begging for their job.
The challengesI failed their technical test, it was quite difficult. The company has a great working culture.

A good company that propel you further
The good thingsThey trusted my capability and have given every possibilities for me to explore and realize all my potentials. I am given very high flexibility in managing the team. Every one is very focus on what they produce.
The challengesThe challenge there was having 20+ of staff that developing a product that being used by 100k+ of users worldwide. The challenge of ensuring the software quality and low support call is the best motivator.
