    The good thingsPositive colleagues, high spiritual environment, nice bosses (the superiors do not shout!), if you work hard, it pays! If your top priority is values rather than dollars and cents, this is the perfect place for you.
    The challengesThe mentality of 'this is how we used to do things' still exist in certain quarters. Good thing is they are not the majority and they are preparing for retirement.

    The good thingsthe environment is really diverse which is amazing. you will find people coming from all across the world which make the place more enjoyable.
    The challengesyou should know what you're working in that way it would be more easier, for my case, I'm familiar with what I'm doing, so it's little bit easier for me. I didn't face much challenged during that moment.

    The good thingsIt was a great experience working in IIUM. The environment was friendly and my employer was very supportive in handling my issues and solving them. The capital sustenance was fine. There was find blend of personnels from various backgrounds that rendered a new learning environment whereof people shared there personal experiences and taught selective strategies to handle different situations.
    The challengesThe accommodation provided was not satisfactory. Transportation services were limited to fixed time intervals. The agents of amusements and entertainment were limited or localised. Sometimes communication gap were surfaced due to outnumbered native speakers.
