    The good thingsAlthough I was a short term contract employee, it was the best working experience I have ever been through my career. There're specialists who can provide data that lead to a data-driven decision, people who care about the products, open-minded managers that take account of every team members' input.
    The challengesSometimes creativity is restricted by strict guidelines but it is necessary especially for a well-established brand, as mentioned, every decision made must be data-driven, it makes sense.

    The good thingsThis company had strong foundation to celebrate their co worker and lot of benefit to,which you will not get from other company like season gift,great medical coverage,incentive every end of year and 13 month salary. The flexibility of position give you change to grow and develop to other department,as long you willing to learn new thing.

    The good thingsGood ambience to work together with many benefits allocation. Medical, dental, optical, parking, and even meals at discounted price for staff. Even part timers share the same benefit, except that the coverage is a bit different for medical ones, of course. Like any other retail company, we are also offered staff discounts with no limit. Except that you need to be very honest that you're buying it for your own registered home address. Else they're very strict about it.
    The challengesThey lack at pointing to the right problem and manage it. Good managers are supposed to listen and make good action after discussion is made for certain situation. It's just the same like any other common companies where politics, favoritism are exercised. Another challenge working in retail is some of you will work on shift basis. Not everybody can handle that. To not have normal off days on weekends.

    The good thingsall managers working along side with you on every step and help you on understanding on what that you can do more. every co-workers work together to achieve goal. easy going co-workers make you feel like you're home and its easy to ask for help cause there believe in the value that been set up by the company.
    The challengesunderstanding that we working in a big company and there gone be a lots of challenge along side. communications as we know are the most impotence thing on making trough the retail business and this can be done if we got a clear directions form one person at the time
