    It’s time to reassess recruitment policies. Malaysia is a multicultural nation, and the workplace should reflect this. Building an inclusive culture is not just fair, it’s good for innovation and long-term business success.

    The challengesThe company does not appear to support equal employment opportunity. Hiring practices are heavily skewed toward one color group, with little to no effort to consider candidates from other backgrounds. There is no evident commitment to DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) values.
