    The good thingsThis company, bosses and colleagues gave tremendous knowledge from learning Excel in handling BI report, what is merchandising all about to soft skills such managing, engaging, comforting people. The real competitive advantage in any business is one word only, which is “people”. In iMAXX Services Plus Sdn Bhd, “the people” taught us and me personally to faced uniqueness of people behavior with positive mind which is great practice that can be carried out in our career path.
    The challengesClient ad hoc request can be mess and fuss but that are the things that can polish yourself in planning, strategic thinking, handling emotions in order to build a better and professional "you".

    Fun place to work but also challenges.
    The good thingsBoss & Manager: Nice person. If you have any problem do not shy to ask. They will help/advise you. Colleagues: Gila-gila, masuk air, sempoi & simple but they are very helpful. Do not shy to ask their help if you have any problem. Briefly this place help me to build my confidence level and improve my communication skills. My position need me to always communicate with field team. It really helpful. And, you cannot run from feeling stressful during work. Stress from client, management as well as field team. Sometimes it comes at one time. In this situation you will learn how to overcome your stress and manage your task by yourself. Because by hook or by crook you still need to complete the task.
    The challenges1) Each person have their own job scope and it is different between each other. Sometimes you need to solve few problems by your own (under your superior's guidance). We do not share job scope so do not expect you will always getting help from your colleague. Do it yourself. 2. Demanding client. You must alert if there is any tracking/ad-hoc, it must be done within the time period. You must submit your report as per request by client following dateline decided by them even though it is last minute's instruction. 3. You will work with field team consist of almost 100 people. So good luck. But do not worry because they are very helpful just sometimes they are playful.

    The good thingsDiscipline. Commitment to follow SOP. Team work. Strict following KPI. Good chance for promotion for additional responsibilities. I learnt many things and have confidence to move on and to do my own small business. Thank you iMAXX.
    The challengesAT first Trying hard to follow the strict discipline but Ok in the end. Good Manager to support. Strict KPI with docking potong insentif if not follow SOP properly.

    The good thingsCaring employer with good people relationship. They will invest in training both internal and external. I have a chance to be trained by 3rd party trainers too. This iMAXX is a Good place to learn management tactics and build a career. Also grow as a person as there are a few hundred staff, mostly out in the field daily.
    The challengesBetter communication esp to outstation colleagues. Keeping and touching base with independent colleagues nationwide. Self discipline is paramount in this company as the Bosses are operating via 'remote control' with daily micro management left to the respective colleagues. Bosses should be more involved in the daily grind.

    The challengesManaging hundreds of colleagues and demanding clients. Challenges in meeting the daily sales reporting requirements and ensuring complete adherence to company SOP, system and processes.

    The good thingsFamily oriented environ. No room for lazy, skivving, falling asleep on job people PLUS those who are inclined to play politics. The Boss hires slow and fires fast ...No room for slackers where everyone is pulling their own weight.
    The challengesCould be a bit quiet as all are concentrating on their own job description. Party animals or working hour dozzzzzzzers during working hours will not last here. The Boss left things to individual staff to fulfill their work responsibility.

    Low pay, boring workplace,almost empty pantry and a lot of office politics
    The good thingsthe good thing about working here is the flexibility, the boss'es somehow hanage to understand when you need to apply leave and cut off for an emergency.
    The challengesits really boring, old fashioned... the boss'es are stingy and not willing to invest in key technological advancements to improve the work flow and reduce errors hence a lot more load on the staff, they dont seem to be bothered to fill up the pantry which is essential for us, there is slight rasicm going on but its still bearable.
