    The good thingsThis company, bosses and colleagues gave tremendous knowledge from learning Excel in handling BI report, what is merchandising all about to soft skills such managing, engaging, comforting people. The real competitive advantage in any business is one word only, which is “people”. In iMAXX Services Plus Sdn Bhd, “the people” taught us and me personally to faced uniqueness of people behavior with positive mind which is great practice that can be carried out in our career path.
    The challengesClient ad hoc request can be mess and fuss but that are the things that can polish yourself in planning, strategic thinking, handling emotions in order to build a better and professional "you".

    Fun place to work but also challenges.
    The good thingsBoss & Manager: Nice person. If you have any problem do not shy to ask. They will help/advise you. Colleagues: Gila-gila, masuk air, sempoi & simple but they are very helpful. Do not shy to ask their help if you have any problem. Briefly this place help me to build my confidence level and improve my communication skills. My position need me to always communicate with field team. It really helpful. And, you cannot run from feeling stressful during work. Stress from client, management as well as field team. Sometimes it comes at one time. In this situation you will learn how to overcome your stress and manage your task by yourself. Because by hook or by crook you still need to complete the task.
    The challenges1) Each person have their own job scope and it is different between each other. Sometimes you need to solve few problems by your own (under your superior's guidance). We do not share job scope so do not expect you will always getting help from your colleague. Do it yourself. 2. Demanding client. You must alert if there is any tracking/ad-hoc, it must be done within the time period. You must submit your report as per request by client following dateline decided by them even though it is last minute's instruction. 3. You will work with field team consist of almost 100 people. So good luck. But do not worry because they are very helpful just sometimes they are playful.
