The good thingsHave seniors and mentors you can look up to. If you unintentionally make mistakes, the team will work together to solve the issue instead of placing all the blame on you.

The challengesThe working environment lacks flexibility and is heavily micromanaged. Management lacks clear direction often changing without notice also appears to have trust issues with the engineers, often assuming they are not busy, despite assigning them multiple tasks and heavy workloads. Compensation, welfare and benefits tends to fall far below industry benchmarks. Although a memo allows for hybrid work arrangements, obtaining approval is challenging and ONLY depending to medical judgment. While punctuality is emphasized, its enforcement is inconsistent, with some employees not held to the same standards.
