    PR Executive
    Jan 2018
Less than 1 year in the role, former employee
Was given the title for PR Exec but was heavily involved in all events
The good thingsThe place is great to learn about the PR industry, especially for beginners. Great portfolio to work with.
The challengesManagement doesn't really allow for you to use you leave. You will need a really good reason/excuse in order to take it as they aren't as understanding as most managements are suppose to be. Events can be tiring and sometimes may take up your weekends. Does not compensate monetarily but instead with additional leaves.

    Intern

    A good learning platform
The good thingsLike in any other PR agency, the pressure is there for the employees. But you wouldn't feel the pressure much as an intern. Bosses are fair enough to acknowledge a job well done, and remind you when performance goes down. It's a small company, so it's less likely that you will feel left out. Learnt all the related tasks during my three months internship, they are willing to teach you with patience.
The challengesThe pressure of having to multitask and respond to clients. Those without their own transport will have trouble travelling to the office as there are only two buses that go there, within a limited schedule. The bosses can be traditional in their management style at times.
