Here is my feedback after working in In2 Singapore for several years. note -The working culture and environment may be vary across countries.
The good thingsGreat exposure to MNC clientele.
The challenges1. Top down management style. You might be asked to share feedback or thoughts, however, you voice may not be valued if you are not among the top sales leaders. 2. Workflow and customer experience are not streamlined within organization, decisions or suggestions made are based on subjective judgemental approach instead of entire industry landscape. Objectives should be reviewed, reassessed and adjusted according …

    Work hard and play hard
The good thingsEnjoy to work in a team of a bunch of young people with similar interest. Able learn a lot with management level and colleagues which they are very willing to share their experiences and suggestions. And I totally in love with their expensive coffee maker which you can enjoy a cup of great coffee before starting your day.
The challengesDo not have much personal time which have to work until very late but the work is not done efficiently. Most of the management level people are so capable but there are some exceptions too which giving bad impression to the lower level.

    Fast growing event management company
The good thingsThe company is fast growing company servicing MNCs, mainly are from IT industry. Staffs do get great perks and get the chance to drink coffee from a RM40k coffee maker machine. If you do have any challenges, do not afraid to speak up and discuss with colleagues, superior or even the management, they will do their best to figure out.
The challengesBasically you have to be very hybrid and 360, most of the time you will be on your own, but they are many colleagues that you could talk to. It will be a good place for you to gain experience and train yourself, especially in dealing with different type of clients. However, you do not have much personal life as the priority would still be client.
