    Here is my feedback after working in In2 Singapore for several years. note -The working culture and environment may be vary across countries.

    The challenges1. Top down management style. You might be asked to share feedback or thoughts, however, you voice may not be valued if you are not among the top sales leaders. 2. Workflow and customer experience are not streamlined within organization, decisions or suggestions made are based on subjective judgemental approach instead of entire industry landscape.
