    The good thingsChanging company, not a good idea because even after changing the company there is no guarantee that you will end up in a good team. So what I would suggest is become good at what you do. Become an indispensable resource because as soon as you do that company will be afraid to loose you and then you can ask for a better team.Even in the current team try to do work which will hone your profession
